Important: This Privacy Policy explains how SuperWork by AIDC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application ("SuperWork" or "the App").
This policy applies to SuperWork by AIDC TECH SOLE CO., LTD. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information
- Account Information: Name, email, organization details
- Profile Data: Preferences, settings, and profile details
- Authentication Data: Login credentials and authentication metadata (biometric templates remain managed by the device OS and are not stored on our servers)
1.2 Documents and Files
- Uploaded Documents: Files you upload in the app
- Metadata: File names, sizes, upload dates, and categories
- Project Data: Project codes, descriptions, and collaboration data
1.3 Device and Technical Data
- Device model, OS version, app version
- Usage and diagnostics data for app stability and improvement
- Network data such as IP address for secure API communication
1.4 Location Data (Precise Location)
- Precise Location: We may collect precise location data (latitude/longitude and related telemetry such as timestamp and accuracy).
- User-initiated use only: Location collection starts only when the user actively starts a location-based feature (for example, check-in/check-out verification or live tracking).
- Foreground location: Used while the app is open and the feature is active.
- Background location: If a user-initiated live tracking session continues after the app is minimized, location may continue to be processed in the background, subject to user/device permission settings.
- Purpose: App functionality (real-time work/event tracking, verification, and related status updates).
- User control: Users can stop tracking at any time in the app and can revoke location permission in device settings.
- No advertising use: We do not use location data for advertising purposes.

- Camera access (e.g., scanning workflows)
- Microphone access (e.g., meeting recording features)
- Notification access (alerts and updates)
- Photo/file access (upload/select content)
- Location access (foreground/background where applicable)
- Network access (sync with backend services)

3.1 We do not sell personal data
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

- Within your organization: Data sharing according to organization access rights
- Service providers: Trusted infrastructure providers under contractual safeguards
- Location processing for app functionality: When users start location-based features, location data may be transmitted securely to our backend services to provide real-time tracking and verification requested by the user.
- Legal compliance: If required by law or to protect legal rights/safety

5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while account is active

- Diagnostics/usage logs: Retained only as needed for service quality and security

7. Account Deletion (Google Play Compliance)
Delete in app: Open Profile > Delete Account and confirm deletion.
7.1 Alternative deletion request
If you cannot access the app, request deletion by emailing support with your registered account details.

7.2 What is deleted
- Account profile and account-linked application data
- User-generated content where legally permitted
- Location history/session records linked to the account, except records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or audit obligations
- Associated authentication/account records not required by law
7.3 What may be retained
- Records needed for legal, compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax, or audit obligations
7.4 Deletion timeline and retention
- Requests are processed within up to 30 days
- Required retained records may be kept up to 90 days (or longer if legally required), then deleted or anonymized
8. Children’s Privacy
SuperWork is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. Appropriate safeguards are applied.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated via app and/or email.
